Business Over Breakfast events do more than provide a meal and a chance to connect. They're dynamic events designed to bring together thought leaders and experienced business practitioners to share their knowledge and expertise. They challenge the status quo, provide new perspectives, and share freely what they have discovered. (And there's a great meal and a chance to connect too!)
Register yourself and your co-workers today and get ready to mix and mingle with influential members and non-members from all across West Ottawa.
Don't forget your business cards!
Every week, more than 500,000 Canadians are unable to work due to a mental health problem. One in three Canadians will experience a mental health problem during their lifetime. Thirty-nine per cent of Ontario workers say they would not tell their managers if they were experiencing a mental health problem. Join us for a conversation with George Weber, PResident and CEO of The Royal, on how organizations can support mental wellness in the workplace, and the work The Royal is doing to advance mental health treatment and get people better faster.
Mr. George Weber is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group (The Royal), after having served over 26 years as Chief Executive Officer of a number of National and International Organizations, including the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (i.e. Intern Federation) in Geneva, Switzerland.
He is currently serving or has served on a number of not-for-profit or for-profit (privately held) Boards of Directors in Canada and Switzerland and is a certified corporate director (i.e. ICD.D).
